Master Restaurant Associates is Hiring a Facilities Manager Near Minneapolis, MN
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain our portfolio of restaurants and commercial real estate properties. As the Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and functionality of our facilities. With excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, overseeing contractors, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our tenants and customers. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills to troubleshoot basic maintenance and repairs at both the restaurants and the properties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate repairs and maintenance on a variety of properties
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Collaborates with management to identify and address facility-related needs and improvements
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train maintenance staff
- Coordinates and supervises contractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety regulations
- Obtains and reviews prices for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and warranties
- Responds to emergency maintenance and alarm concerns and oversees outside vendors when applicable
- Peparing facilities for changing weather conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or other related fields
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to facility management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
